Having worked side-by-side with numerous Christian leaders in her 20 years in Christian leadership, Lyn has had personal experience in providing hands-on, week-by-week experience in teaching and leading others in ministry. Her heartbeat is helping those leaders experience true freedom in Christ.
Sin always has a root, and oftentimes from that root grows tendrils of addiction, idols, and strongholds. Many godly leaders--already serving in ministry--fall into this pit, are quickly trapped, and spiral downward, out of control. They're left feeling alone, shameful, and stuck in a sin pattern with no place to go and no one to turn to.
Lyn gets down to the heart of the issue, opening up honest discussion about the root of the issue that's causing the symptoms that keep them coming back over and over again. She discusses the downward steps into the cause, identifying and addressing the core issue, and then helps leaders step back out into the healthy, dynamic ministry that God desires for their ministry, ultimately giving Him glory for restoration and healing.
Behind the scenes of Christian leadership, Lyn has personally experienced victory and release from sexual abuse, sin, and personal struggles--many of the same issues other ministry leaders have also faced. She worked with a Biblical counselor, who equipped her with healthy steps of discovery, restoration, and growth. As a result, she compassionately, intimately relates to her peers in leadership while bringing truth, hope, and full freedom from bondage and the shackles of sin.
