Last week, God gave me the opportunity to go to Table Rock Freedom Center in Branson, MO. It is a 12 month Christ-centered residential program for "women overcoming life controlling issues." In other words, addictions.
It is tempting to think about people in those situations as "troubled" or "having problems." And that that somehow makes them different.
Actually, I did find them different. They are honest.
She is a keen observer of life and analyzes daily living from the perspective of what God has to say. Real, captivating, and full of “a-ha!” moments, I can honestly say I live my life differently because of Lyn’s presentation of experiencing Jesus Christ as a very real being in life.
Candice BradleyShe always takes a person to the truth that God loves them, and reminds them that their past and present struggles do not change that. She gently, but clearly and directly shares the truth with them and deposits them at the foot of the cross so they can see their Savior, not her.
You were funny, articulate, engaging, as well as transparent. Your message resonated with so many of our women, and I love how you wove both Biblical stories and your own personal experiences throughout.
